These Classic Brandy Truffles are a staple for any chocolate lover. Traditionally, brandy or cognacs were added to ganache to aid in preservation & also flavor. We've made a simple ganache using dark chocolate, cream, butter, honey, brandy, and salt. We then dip the truffles in a 70% dark chocolate and then rolled in cocoa powder.
